1. How long does printing take?
Please allow 7-10 business days for printing and delivery for most products. We start printing once payment is received in advance. Terms 50% on order and balance 7 days after delivery.
2. What format should my artwork be in?
All the details in regard to artwork specs are on the Terms & Conditions page. If you require us to make any changes to get the artwork "print-ready" then we will quote you how much it will cost before we begin. Alternatively our design rate is $55 HR (please contact us for a quote)....
3. How do I place my order?
We require all orders to be sent via email.
6. Can LSP design my cards?
Yes we can design your cards for you, the cost depends on the design you require. Email us all of your ideas, content and logos, which will give us an idea of what you are after. We recommend letting our design team create you a new image over designing the cards yourself. This provides your clients with a professional impression of your business that outlasts any initial costs incurred with the design.

Is your artwork print-ready?
Artwork for offset printing needs to follow certain specifications to print accurately and clearly.
We accept a variety of popular file formats, however you will be required to follow our Design Guidelines carefully and agree to our Printing Terms & Conditions before we print.
Alternatively you can get us to design the perfect artwork for you.
DESIGN GUIDELINES
Here is a guide on how to submit your "print-ready" artwork:
- Correct dimensions & bleeds (3mm all round)
- Minimum 300dpi resolution
- CMYK colour
- Fonts converted to curves
